Firelight Trio are incredible musicians, who are influenced by a wide variety of traditional European folk styles.

With their new album set for release later this year, I was invited to do some behind the scenes photography with them - from capturing their rehearsals, through to their experiences in the recording studio.

In this podcast, I talk about insider, or embedded photography - where you no longer an outsider looking in, but capturing images from the inside - experiencing parts of the creative processes that no one else ever sees
