新疆 独库公路 Xinjiang | The Duku Highway

The Duku Highway stretches approximately 561 kilometers, running from Dushanzi in Karamay in the north to Kuqa in Aksu in the south, crossing the Tianshan Mountains and connecting northern and southern Xinjiang. It is hailed as one of the most beautiful highways in China, showcasing diverse landscapes such as mountains, canyons, grasslands, snowy peaks, and lakes, with elevation changes exceeding 2,000 meters. Known as a road where “you see all four seasons in one journey,” it is only open from June to October each year due to heavy snow in winter and is restricted to vehicles with no more than seven seats, making it a dream route for self-driving travelers.

独库公路全长约561公里，北起克拉玛依独山子，南至阿克苏库车市，穿越天山南北，连接南疆与北疆，是中国最美的公路之一。沿线跨越高山、峡谷、草原、雪岭、湖泊等多种地貌，海拔落差达2000多米，景色变化万千，被誉为“一条公路看尽四季”。由于冬季积雪封山，独库公路每年仅在6月至10月期间开放，且限7座以下小型车辆通行，是自驾旅行爱好者梦中的路线
