1) In this video I’ll talk about another beautiful place here in Costa Rica. Heredia is a beautiful city an amazing area located at about 20-30 minutes away from San Jose.

3) Heredia is a central valley province and it’s capital is called Heredia city , it is located at the foothills of the Barva Volcano, Heredia is one of the most historic cities in Costa Rica. Heredia is known as “city of flowers” due to many beautiful gardens and flora found in the area however, Heredia is also full of beautiful coffee plantations and delicious organic food!

The city of Heredia boasts some of the most beautiful colonial architecture in Costa Rica and can be spotted in the entire city.

4) This beautiful area of Costa Rica has special places such as Monte De La Cruz which offers spectacular city views; Heredia also offers very nice weather however, rainy season is long and goes from May through October some times with very heavy rain!

Heredia offers amazing real estate for families and investors alike, the area offers access to some of best bilingual private schools such as American School, Lincoln School, Christian School and many more, first class malls and a variety of restaurants and shopping centers such as Paseo de Las Flores and Oxigeno which is a very modern mall! Heredia also boasts a brand new convention center with the best of today’s technology.


5) Heredia is the home of many foreigners from different countries and real estate is amazing here, I in this are one can find beautiful Luxury Real Estate in areas such as Cariari, San Rafael and San Isidro de Heredia, single family homes and nice family communities such as Bosques de Doña Rosa, Real Cariari and Santo Domingo, there are unique restaurants and very nice country club such EL Castillo Country Club with the only one Ice Skate track in Costa Rica, also Cariari Country Club which has a professional golf course and first class amenities.

6) In Heredia, there are world class office centers as well such as EL Cafetal full of international companies operating from Costa Rica. In Heredia there are some of the world’s biggest and famous companies such as Intel and Amazon which called Heredia their home!

7) Definitely Heredia is a great place for families and businessmen as well! Heredia has a lot more to offer, it is a big area with great weather!
