Bipolar Disorder is characterized by mood fluctuations between the two extremes: ‘low’ depressive episodes and ‘high’ manic or hypomanic. It is known to be triggered by extreme stress, drastic life changes, neural dysfunction, or genetic factors, a bipolar disorder commonly affects both men and women.
There are 2 extremes in Bipolar disorder, one is low depressive episodes like the feeling of sadness, emptiness, extreme lethargy, decreased activity, and thoughts of suicide and death.
