The newest game song I've ever remixed, as Skyward Sword is just barely a year old now. It stays pretty faithful to the original, but I wanted to up the grandness of it so made it a lot more boisterous and threw in hints of that classic Zelda theme motif in there for good measure.
Still battling some software incompatibilities but I'm trucking so much faster and with what I hope is higher quality. Some bits betray how rushed it was but for the most part, doing this up in half a weekend was a testament that the new setup can handle things so much better, even with the continued crashes and hindrances.
And thanks to those longplays.org guys (and Tsunao specifically for the Skyward Sword vid), or you all would have had to settle for still pictures or game trailers that had nothing to do with the zone in question. :P It likely won't be the last time I use their footage but I should be more wary of the quality I render them in next time. The vid quality was extremely high until I over compressed. Oops! Live and learn, but it's still not too blurry.

It seems there's been an odd fumble. A couple months before I edited this there was a comment about the name and at the time I was scratching my head because it looked like he spelled it the same way. So I passed it off. Well, another comment saying the same thing came along today and so I knew I had messed up somewhere! And at least I know how it happened. The two places I used to learn the song from had both misspelled the song themselves and so I assumed wrongly without double checking that was the name. And someone with dyslexia would have problems spotting that anyway. xD So even though it's sitting right there in the video with the right name, I still didn't catch the error. So thanks to zaperatus and amarsatori for pointing that out for me. I'll try to pay more attention in the future as this is the second time it's happened (The Shadohod remix being the other.)
