This vase is very mysterious! It was made with care and art, but the mark and style really doesn't tell us much about where it came from. My best guess is that it's from the 1950s, possibly even from occupied Japan in the late 1940s, despite its lovely art deco style.
I've put it up on Etsy so I hope it'll go to someone who really appreciates it!
