A sample clip from the Aikido video set featuring William Gleason Sensei and George Ledyard Sensei from a seminar at Aikido Eastside which they co-taught in Jan 2013.
The seminar was amazing and the two teachers played off each other for the three days. Each teacher taught four classes on aiki and internal power over the course of the weekend. This clip features Gleason Sensei who was newly promoted to 7th Dan.
