Did This NEW Buff Actually Make Todoroki Special Action Useful In My Hero Ultra Rumble?! (No…)

My Hero Ultra Rumble just did the impossible in Season 13 the 2nd anniversary. They buffed Shoto’s special action. According to the new patch they made it so it can be activated in air and will fall down with the height. This change doesn’t seem all that crazy and his special action still comes across as the weakest part of Strike and Tech Todoroki’s moveset. I’m glad to see the devs are trying to make it a more impactful move but I think at this point they really need to look into reworking it. Regardless the buff is a nice excuse to use Tech Todoroki again since it’s been sometime and try a build out on him. As always let me know your thoughts on the new buff and build down below.
