How to Crochet Rose Flower Sepals and Leaves

Welcome to yet another video and today it's all about crochet. Remember the pink rose that I crocheted a while ago, where I gave a tutorial for how to make the rose? This is the link: (   • How to Crochet an Easy Rose Flower for Beg...  . Well, I made another one in beige and I will be making the sepals and the leaves for it.

Materials:
1. 4 ply milk cotton yarn in green
2. 3mm crochet hook
3. Measuring tape
4. Stitch markers / safety pins
5. Small wires for the leaves

Steps for the Sepal
1. Start with a magic ring.
2. Crochet 10 single crochets into the magic ring and slip stitch at the end
3. Do an increase in every single crochet so that you have 20 single crochets.
4. Begin working on the sepals by doing four double crochets at the start and then decreasing until we reach the end and cut our yarn
5. For the second sepals, we begin with a slip knot and do 4 double crochets into the next stitch and decrease until the top
6. We should continue like that until we have five complete sepals

Steps for the Big Leaf
1. Chain 15.
2. 1 single crochet
3. 1 half double crochet
4. 1 double crochet
5. 2 treble crochets
6. 4 quad crochets
7. 2 treble crochets
8. 1 double crochet
9. 1 half double crochet
10. 1 single crochet
11. Chain 1
12. Repeat

Steps for the Small Leaf
1. Chain 10
2. 1 single crochet
3. 1 half double crochet
4. 1 double crochet
5. 4 treble crochets
6. 1 double crochet
7. 1 half double crochet
8. 1 single crochet
9. Chain 1
10. Repeat
