I always wanted to knit my own Olive cardigan by Pernille Larsen (knitting for olive) because it's one of the most beautiful cardigans I've ever seen! It's top-down, which I like more than bottom-up, the charts are not very hard to follow, and there's no button band to knit, which saves a lot of time. And I love the way the sleeve cuffs tighten a bit. All in all, it's one of those knits that wearing it in the end will give you a sense of pride and satisfaction.
I knit size 3XL to achieve size S because my gauge was smaller (more stitches) than the gauge in the pattern. Also made the sleeves a bit longer than what the pattern said before starting the ribbing. I used 4.5 and 4 mm zing knitpro circular needles and 2 skeins of alize angora gold yarn (fingering weight).
