Pablo shows the joy and challenges of harvest season on our farm as we gather groundnuts, Nigerian honey beans, mangoes, and pawpaw. COVID hit our family hard this season, causing delays in harvesting. Some crops were lost, but we share how we’re bouncing back with gratitude for what was saved, including honey beans spared by termites!

Watch our kids make flutes from pawpaw stems and enjoy our SOS-free, plant-based meals like garbanzo bean stew with mashed matooke and delicious and appetizing oil-free vegetable lemon rice.
