Lymphatic drainage, or lymphatic massage, of the face and head and neck is an important part of reducing swelling and lymphedema. Head, Neck and Face lymphatic massage is an essential piece of management and reduction of swelling and improving lymphatic flow, and reduce pain and aching. Follow along for a FULL manual lymphatic drainage (lymphatic drainage massage) routine for head, neck, and the face. I describe the techniques and sequence used by a certified lymphedema therapist.
