I noticed the temperatures were going to be higher if I went camping rather than staying at home. A quick decision to hit the road after choosing which recreation sites to visit. Salmon Run Recreation Site is about 45 minutes or so from Terrace. The road in is fairly good condition and a two wheel drive car could make it to the campsite.
The site was being expanded during my stay. It is about double the size it was before. Fishing from here would be popular even for day trips, so keep in mind that sites may open as the day ends. Thanks for watching and be good to yourself.
