Hey Guys! Today I'll be showing you how to make the Best Buttercream Frosting Recipe in my opinion😊 I'll be showing you two ways to make this American Buttercream Frosting Recipe. One I use to decorate cupcakes & fill my cakes and the other I use to cover my cakes.
I think my buttercream filling recipe has the best taste as it's not too sweet and has a nice butter to icing sugar ratio. Sometimes cake can be a little sweet and if the filling is too sweet then it spoils the cake eating experience & who wants that😜
My cup holds 122g of Icing sugar
Always taste it. If it's too sweet add butter if it's too buttery add a little icing sugar.
