It is a relatively small house in footprint, but it has all the amenities such as individual toilet and bath for each of the bedrooms and another one for as a common use. It also features a covered roof deck, a swimming pool and a private bathtub for one of the more private rooms. The 2nd floor is where the family room is with an iconic dome feature which is unique blue in color with an oculus inspired by Santorini and Roman architecture.
