Die Preußische Ostbahn war einst eine der wichtigsten Eisenbahnstrecken Europas. In diesem ersten Teil meiner dreiteiligen Serie reise ich mit dem Zug von Berlin über Lichtenberg bis nach Kostrzyn in Polen – auf den Spuren einer historischen Magistrale zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart.

Das Video zeigt eine klassische Bahnreise mit Innen- und Außenaufnahmen, Bahnhöfen entlang der Strecke und vielen Hintergrundinformationen zur Geschichte, Bedeutung und heutigen Nutzung der ehemaligen Preußischen Ostbahn. Im Fokus stehen dabei sowohl der historische Kontext als auch das heutige Bahnfahren auf dieser traditionsreichen Strecke.
