Chronic kidney diseases are often disabling because of the impact they have on a person’s capacity to function, and you will be found disabled by Social Security if you cannot reliably function at work.

If you have been diagnosed with a chronic kidney disease (CKD) such as
-glomerulonephritis
-polycystic kidney disease (PKD)
-kidney obstruction
