creepy deer walking on two feet like a zombie. Has anyone seen this before?

Living on Orcas Island means living with deer. Because there are no natural predators these things are everywhere! They are also super cute and small albeit horribly inbred and disease prone because their population is restricted to the island. I was painting in my living room when I caught this out of the corner of my eye outside the window and thought I was losing my mind! Sure enough, I sat down to observe and got to watch this go on for another 20 minutes.
