Today I had a small moment that could’ve easily turned into offense.
A comment was made about the term “servant leader” that didn’t land well. Instead of reacting, I paused and reflected. Not everyone knows what servant leadership is, and that’s not something to take personally.
If anything, moments like this are a reminder that there’s still a gap in understanding and a reason to keep talking about it.
This video is simply a reflection on choosing not to take offense and learning to see situations with a little more clarity.
