First Freediving experience

One breath, One dive.
I wanted something new this 2022 as I thought to myself, I need something to look forward to this year. My family and friends know I'm particular with activities requiring me to stay under the sun, but my admiration to KGE brought me here.
Watching myself freedive for the first time made me cringe. First, I'm overly conscious of my body due to pandemic weight gain. Second, I can see my mistakes in every dive! More reasons to go back and join fun dives! But Camp Freedive Ph gave me more than the freediving skills, but helped me embrace myself with confidence and self-love.
Thank you coach Shane & coach Johndee for your patience to help me unlock this unknown freediving talent! Dati nasa shore lang ako, non-swimmer. Pag nasa tubig, panic swimmer naman. Ngayon, G na G na sa dagat! And I'm so proud of myself!! 💙🌊
