My own opinion:
I accidentally added an A.I. patch that makes Dragon Claw, smarter. After so many watch modes, even fighting some of the hardest characters that have A.I. patches, I can say that once Dragon Claw can land a combo, 25% of life goes to the drain. I'm dead serious, he's that fast and annoying to fight against.
If you think he's broken, think again when you give Dragon Claw the A.I. Patch. Eeeeergh.
