This is a tutorial for this mini dress with cutouts, and although it might not seem like it at first, it's actually beginner-friendly!
You'll be amazed at how easy it is to create a stylish and trendy piece, even if you're new to sewing.
The pattern is designed to be made with a stretch fabric. I used a lycra fabric and a cotton lining.
