You Can Just Blame it on Me

This is different than what I've been posting lately.
This song has been in the works since Monday and I don't want to wait to make a good video of it. It bounces around in my head making sleeping difficult.
Every now and agiain I am working on a song and the melody strays so far that I almost feel like I wrote a new song. Such is the case.
I've played in Rock bands, Blues Bands, Jazz bands, Country bands, and done a lot of my own electronic music. Every once in awhile everything goes into the same project. Such is the case.
This has a buildup towards the end which gives me a chill (but then again it's me). It's a fact about half of the listeners last about 3 seconds, so the best part gets missed. Such is the case.
I worked the guitar solo for a while, (Starts at 1:47) but used a whole take, not bits and pieces, it seems more cohesive. I had the Brian Roberston solo for Still in Love With You (Thin Lizzy) in my head. Course I can't do that! I do love Gary Moore's solo also.
GEAR.This started with a drum loop from Yurt Rock, added a guitar (Strat) Bass, (Fender MIM PJ) doubled acoustic guitar (Taylor), Alto Sax (Selmer Reference 54) Cascade Fathead II Ribbon Mic, backup tenor saxes (Yamaha CustomZ II) Guitar solo (Gibson SG), Ik multimedia Amplitude 5, Drawmer 1969 Mercernary Edition for preamp. Presonus board for interface, Ableton Live DAW, various plugins from Waves , UAAudio. And some other stuff.
Anyway hope you enjoy it.
