On May 25th, I woke up early to go and pick up Porter (@TheCentralTexasRailfan) from his hotel in Denver. We then went over to Commerce City in an attempt to catch whatever existed. The first thing we got was the private crossing on the RTD N Line
Nothing has changed at this crossing since I last filmed it in December 2024.
Location: Private Crossing #1 (Commerce City, CO)
Train: RTD Commuter Rail (N Line)
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with Dialight Low-Wattage LEDs, a Safetran gate mechanism, a Siemens high tone electronic bell, NEG LED gate lights.
Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with Dialight Low-Wattage LEDs, a Safetran gate mechanism, a Siemens high tone electronic bell, NEG LED gate lights.
