This is a very short video to give an impression of Hearst Castle. Nowadays Hearst Castle is a national historic landmark in the state of California, USA close to San Simeon. Originally built by William Randolph Hearst between 1919 and 1947. His father George Hearst had purchased 40,000 acres in 1865. Today it is managed by the state of California and serves as a unique museum close to the coastline of San Simeon.
