As part of the PROSPECTS programme funded by the Government of the Netherlands, through UNICEF and implemented by War Child Canada, adolescent girls and boys have been empowered with life skills and basic literacy and numeracy skills. They have also been enrolled on the U-report platform, a UNICEF innovation that enables them report on issues affecting them in their communities by sending sms messages.
