Two years ago we investigated here and it was one of our craziest investigations we've had. Malvern Manor is the real deal and does not disappoint. Easily one of the scariest places we've been to.

Now a little history on Malvern Manor!

Hidden in the small town of Malvern, Iowa, stands a building with a past that’s every bit as eerie as it is fascinating. Built back in the late 1800s, Malvern Manor, first served as a hotel for railroad travelers rolling through southwest Iowa. When train travel slowed, the building found new life. First as a nursing home in the 1950s called *Nisha Cottage*, and later as a group home for people with developmental and mental health challenges. It finally shut down around 2005 after code violations… but that wasn’t the end of its story.

Today, Malvern Manor has become one of Iowa’s most infamous haunted hotspots. Visitors and investigators have reported voices echoing down empty halls, doors slamming on their own, and shadows that move when no one’s there. Some say a spirit named “Grace” still roams her old room — a woman with multiple personalities whose story is one of the manor’s creepiest legends. Also another spirit called “Number One” lurks around the Manor as well!
