What you need.
Melted Chocolate one cup
I have used semi sweet chocolate
You can use white chocolate even
Or you may use tempered couverture chocolate
It will make several chocolate bowls
Edible glitter
Gold /silver or Bronze edible dust
Some small bowls
Small glasses
Bubble wrap washed and dried
Or empty milk packets washed n dried
Cut in to half .
Make sure the melted chocolate is ab room chocolate that is ab 27/28 degrees .
Very lightly grease the bubble wrap, milk packets don’t require greasing , take about 2 teaspoons and spread the chocolate like a mini pancake to about 4 inches . Place it gently inside the bowl . Just fiddle around the wrap to give a nice shape. In one of the bowls I covered it with edible glitter to give a beautiful shimmery look . You must do this immediately before the chocolate starts setting and getting hard .
Place the bowls in the freezer for about 5 to 8 minutes only .
Do the same thing for the glasses but turn the glasses upside down . Place the chocolate pancake
on the base of the glass. Leave to set in the freezer for about 5 to 8 minutes
Remove the plastic very gently away from the bowl .
You can apply any coloured edible dust directly I haven’t used any vodka or any other liquid .
Store in airtight containers in the fridge . They will last for weeks .
A tip
Pls don’t let the chocolate circle harden or it will not take the shape of the bowl or glass.
You may set the chocolate bowls in the fridge but then it will take 10 to 15 minutes to set
