Is it true that the VA intentionally tries to deny claims?
In this video, I discuss the phenomenon of the VA (Veterans Affairs) sending veterans for additional medical exams despite already having a Nexus letter or independent medical opinion confirming service connection. The VA sometimes intentionally seeks negative evidence to deny a claim (a practice called "developing to deny").
