A Dream Come True (Post-Jubilation) Miraculous Ladybug Fanfiction

Marinette took a deep breath as she drew near to the entrance of the school and forced herself not to think about twinkling green eyes and a black cat-eared suit.

She was Marinette Dupain-cheng, just a normal girl, on her way to a very normal day at school…not the former wife of Cat Noir and mother to their four clock children.


After the shattered dream they shared in Jubilation our two heroes struggle to re-adjust to their normal lives but perhaps this dream will show them what their hearts truly desired all along an give them a reason to chase after it. Find out in this very delayed but heart-touching story written and narrated by Christina Cheng. 😉💞

On a side note, have you ever had a dream that totally shook your reality? I definitely have, and while it’s rarely been a good dream and I’m usually immensely thankful when I wake up, there are many times when those images and feelings linger and it can be hard to shake them off and go about a normal day. (Ack, I can’t even imagine how crazy it must’ve been for these two poor heroes and I really wish the show had expanded on it more…hence the fanfiction) I once had a dream where I totally felt like years had gone by and it was so weird to wake up in my regular bed and be “younger” than I was in the dream not to mention expected to live normally like I hadn’t been through some crazy experience because…I technically hadn’t been and no one else knew about it. It really does help give a new perspective on life though, and it was then I realized that no matter what dream you wake up from the important thing isn’t what happened in the dream but what you choose to do with the life you’ve been given. 💖

I hope your life is going well, and if it’s not, know that there is always a new day tomorrow, a brighter future up ahead, and a God who is always willing to reach out to you if you call on him. 💞

(If you’re ever looking for hope, purpose, or new beginnings, I can guarantee there’s no better place to start than by putting your trust in him.

I know not everyone believes in God, and it's not my intention to offend anyone by saying this, but God has been with me through every up and down and has changed my life for the better in so many ways and I would love for you to experience that too. 💕

He loves you and wants to be there for you through thick and thin, if you choose to let him. I know because that’s what he’s done for me, and it's so comforting to know that no matter what happens here on earth, the ending will be happy because one day I will have a beautiful future in heaven with him where there is no more suffering, fear, or pain.

(And you can have that assurance too - the Bible says in John 3:16 “For God so loved the world (- that includes you!) that he gave his one and only Son (Jesus) so that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life.” How awesome is that?)

I know this is kind of random, and kind of rushed, but it's really important to me, and I would love to chat about it with you if you have any questions or opposing ideas.
