Currently running the following:
Oscillators 1-4 - started out with the XR2206, schematic, pretty much from the data sheet.
This part is the crazy chaos part. The XR2206 can be amplitude modulated as well as frequency modulated (here with a button) Oscillators 5-6 - Digital (this part will be CV volt-octave controlled)

Matrix - Ebay find, old Eastern Block military surplus, 10x10, but Oscillators 1-4 either amplitude or frequency modulated, inputs either mic-inputs or voltage-to-stick and there are some ways for external CV treatments.
