🍆 Stuffed Fire-Cooked Eggplants with Pomegranate Sauce | Persian Village Recipe 🌿🔥
Step into my peaceful village kitchen, where I cook the old-fashioned way — using only fire, time, and love.
In today’s video, I made one of our most beloved Iranian dishes:
Stuffed Eggplants filled with juicy minced meat, golden fried onions, and slow-cooked in a rich tomato & pomegranate sauce 🍅✨
Everything was made from scratch — no machines, no electricity — just the raw beauty of rural life.

🛒 Ingredients:
• Fresh eggplants 🍆
• Ground meat (beef or lamb)
• Golden onions 🧅
• Tomato paste 🍅
• Pomegranate juice or seeds
• Salt, black pepper, turmeric
• Optional: Persian rice 🍚

🥣 How It Was Made (watch full process in the video!):
1. Sliced eggplants in a special circular shape (watch my trick!).
2. Sprinkled salt and let them rest.
3. Fried onions with turmeric until golden.
4. Added ground meat + spices → sautéed well.
5. Made eggplants hollow and passed a small stick through to shape them.
6. Stuffed each eggplant with the meat mix.
7. Cooked everything in a pan with hot water + tomato paste + pomegranate.
8. Let it simmer slowly over fire until fully tender.
9. Served with fluffy Persian rice 🍽️
