Recipe Card:
1 Kg Salmon Boneless Fish
1 TBS Chopped Garlic
1/2 TS Black Pepper
1/2 TS Roasted Crushed Cumin
1/2 TS Yellow Pepper
Salt to Taste
1 TBS Lemon Juice
Mix everything and leave it for 20 minutes.
Dry Mixture:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 TS Black Pepper
1/2 TS Salt
Coat fish with dry mixture and fry in oil.
Lemon Butter Sauce:
2 TBS Oil
2 TBS Butter
1 TBS Chopped Garlic
1/2 TS Black Pepper
1/2 TS Chicken Powder
1/2 TS Chilli Flakes
1/2 TS Yellow Pepper
4 TBS Lemon Juice
Handful Parsley or Coriander Leaves
1/2 Cup Water
1 TBS All Purpose Flour
Put oil and butter in pan, let it melt then add all above spices by adding water. Then add flour to make thick consistency then add fried fish in the sauce. cook both sides for 2 minutes. If you want you can keep fish in serving plate and then pour lemon butter sauce on the fish.
