Baked camembert with garlic bread is possibly the most amazing comfort food starter I can think of. Good for 2-4 as a starter depending on your next course, but it will need to be good to beat this starter. If you can't find camembert, you can use brie, colomiers, vacherin etc.
Ingredients
1 camembert cheese
1 small clove of garlic sliced
A few small sprigs of fresh thyme
A drizzle of olive oil
1 part-baked baguette
200g softened butter
6 cloves of garlic finely chopped
A good handful of finely chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
