Unhinged zero waste swaps and habits that I quit doing

These are some zero waste habits I quit doing as an advanced zero waster. These low waste swaps were unhealthy! I was becomming obsessed and was way too focused on living a perfect zero waste life. Now, I'm more about balance and doing what I can. My main focus with my new low waste life is community and larger actions instead of being so focused on perfection. I hope you enjoy!
