The future is going to be greater, if it is well resourced. Godwin Benson talks about his work connecting people who want to learn anything to experts who are close to them to teach them. This shows that beyond bridging the existent knowledge gap (important as they are) we have to be willing to embrace new systems and methods as well, in order to thrive in future. But this is not without attendant challenges like a lack of trust that plague businesses of this kind. The speaker walks us through how his team is able to address these issues and ensure that they continue to do the important work of equipping individuals today, for the future.
