आज इंडिगो एयरलाइन्स की वजह से एयरपोर्ट्स पर मच रही अफरा तफरी कुछ कम हुई है... इंडिगो की Crisis खत्म तो नहीं हुई लेकिन आज लोगों को कुछ राहत जरूर मिली ...आज भी इंडिगो की करीब 500 फ्लाइट्स कैंसिल की गईं..लेकिन राहत की बात ये है कि आज इंडिगो की 1800 फ्लाइट्स ने उड़ान भरी...कल इंडिगो की 1650 फ्लाइट्स चली थीं....एविएशन मिनिस्ट्री की तरफ से आज जानकारी दी गई कि 21 नवंबर से 7 दिसंबर तक इंडिगो फ्लाइट्स के साढ़े नौ लाख से ज्यादा टिकट कैंसिल किए गए...इंडिगो ने पैसेंजर्स को इन टिकटों का 827 करोड़ रुपये रिफंड किया है....हांलाकि अब धीरे-धीरे इंडिगो अपने शेड्यूल को stable करने की कोशिश कर रही है...लेकिन दिल्ली...मुंबई...बेंगलुरू..हैदराबाद...कोलकाता जैसे बड़े एयरपोर्ट्स पर अब भी दिक्कत खत्म नहीं हुई है...Crisis की वजह से हजारों यात्रियों का सामान एयरपोर्ट्स पर फंसा है....आज एविएशन मिनिस्ट्री की तरफ से जानकारी दी गई कि इंडिगो के पास कुल 9000 हजार बैग हैं...मंत्रालय के आदेश के बाद इंडिगो ने अब तक 4500 बैग यात्रियों तक पहुंचा दिए हैं...और बाकी के बैग अगले 36 घंटे में पैसेंजर्स तक पहुंचाने का वादा किया है....हमारे संवाददाता कुमार सोनू जब दिल्ली के इंदिरा गांधी एयरपोर्ट पर पहुंचे तो वहां हर तरफ बैग ही बैग बिखरे हुए थे और उन्हें यात्रियों तक पहुंचाने के लिए इंडिगो का स्टाफ लगाया गया था....
