10-Day Weight Loss Challenge (Extreme Experiment)

From November 27 to December 7, I pushed my body through an extreme 10-day experiment to see how much weight I could lose after over-consuming during Thanksgiving.
This was not a typical weight loss plan. I deliberately took things to the edge using four primary tools:
• Fasting
• Sauna sessions
• Aggressive calorie deficit
• Physical activity
Each method was pushed to an extreme level to test both my physical and mental limits.
The results were clear: extreme measures produce extreme results.
But the number on the scale isn’t the real success.
The true win was proving that I could endure discomfort, stay disciplined, and finish something incredibly challenging when most people would quit.
