Fiat 500 d'epoca da Restaurare: Acquisto, Recupero e Riparazione (Parte 1)

Benvenuti in questo video in cui vi mostreremo il nostro ultimo recupero! Una magnifica #Fiat500 L abbandonata da 6 anni con ruggine passante in varie parti della carrozzeria e motore in pessime condizioni.
Motore:
Il motore non partiva a causa di problemi causati dal gruppo spinterogeno (è stata effettuata una revisione con sostituzione puntine platinate, rotore e calotta), i cavi candela erano ossidati e la bobina non faceva il suo lavoro.
Abbiamo dovuto sostituire qualche cavo benzina logorato dal tempo e la pompa benzina AC era bloccata.
Risolti tutti questi problemi siamo riusciti a mettere in moto e verificare la conservazione del motore, a dir poco ottima!
Il cambio non ha presentato problemi, soltanto i manicotti, giunti elastici e cuffiette in gomma da sostituire.
La riparazione della carrozzeria di questa 500 è stata abbastanza lunga, abbiamo saldato tutte le parti in ferro corrose dalla ruggine, rimosso l'antirombo presente sul sottoscocca e trattato il pianale e i passaruota con il fondo epossidico ed in seguito con il plastico (antirombo) per assicurarci una notevole durata nel tempo dei lavori che stiamo svolgendo. Abbiamo deciso di riverniciare quest'auto con il bellissimo verde fiat 363, per dare un tocco molto particolare all'auto è stato verniciato anche il sottoscocca.
Abbiamo sostituito la frenatura (tamburi, cilindretti, tubi freno e flessibili), la balestra è stata revisionata e centinata, tutti gli ammortizzatori sono stati sostituiti. Welcome to this video where we will show you our latest recovery! A magnificent # Fiat500 L abandoned for 6 years with rust through various parts of the body and engine in very bad condition.
Engine:
The engine did not start due to problems with the distributor unit (an overhaul was carried out with replacement of platinum-plated points, rotor and cap), the spark plug cables were oxidized and the coil did not do its job.
We had to replace some time-worn fuel cables and the AC fuel pump was blocked.
Having solved all these problems, we were able to start and check the conservation of the engine, nothing short of excellent!
The gearbox did not present any problems, only the sleeves, elastic joints and rubber caps to be replaced.
The repair of the bodywork of this 500 took a long time, we welded all the iron parts corroded by rust, removed the anti-noise present on the underbody and treated the floor and wheel arches with the epoxy bottom and then with the plastic (anti-noise) to ensure a considerable duration in time of the work we are carrying out. We decided to repaint this car with the beautiful green fiat 363, to give a very special touch to the car the underbody was also painted.
We have replaced the braking (drums, cylinders, brake hoses and hoses), the crossbow has been overhauled and arched, all the shock absorbers have been replaced.
