With the increase in screen time and with other tasks that we might need to complete that takes a lot of focus and attention, we can end up moving our heads and necks and not moving the eyeballs in their eye sockets very often. This can lead to stuck tissue and tension around the eyes, within the head and can feed into the neck and the rest of the body as well.
This short video gives to a few exercises specifically to help get the eyeballs moving in their sockets and hopefully help to reduce the tension and take the strain on the eyes too!
