A light-hearted look at the many negative aspects of using a footstool by the Transforms Into A Guitar channel. It has to be a light-hearted guitar lesson or it would just be too damned gloomy. Seriously - the footstool is nasty. This is based on Michael Bonner's PhD research on the ergonomics and physiology of playing classical guitar, which focuses on the prevention of performance-related musculoskeletal injury.
