Played on my Kiesel Vader (VB6) Short Scale 6-string Piccolo Bass
So I have a love/hate relationship with this particular Bach piece.
I love it because it is such a beautiful and instantly recognizable piece of music. It was one of the first classical things I ever learned on bass as it is in countless tab books. However, I grew to be VERY annoyed with it over the years because there as soooo many videos of bassist hacking away at it without giving it any real dedication just so they can declare they played some Bach on bass. For a time, I said that I would never do a video of it because it is already so over saturated on youtube.
Fast forward to now; I got this really cool Kiesel piccolo bass recently and I couldn't help but think it would fit the register of the special tuning really well. So there you have it, enjoy!
