Ongoing rehab after a spinal injury is something which should be undertaken in my opinion wherever possible. This will improve function in the muscles that work, and perhaps for those who have an incomplete injury or are seeing improvements it will go a long way to help maximise potential gains.
I only found out about Neurokinex around 5 months after discharge from the spinal unit, where I’d had rehab to a basic level to allow me to go home. Neurokinex’s specialist spinal rehab centre has been the next step to improving my function, and I can’t recommend the centre enough.
Neurokinex have close links to the leading spinal research facilities in the USA, and was founded by the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation (Christopher Reeve was the Superman actor who broke his neck in a horse riding accident)
