James Hoffmann's 'The Decaf Project' Taste Test

I took part in 'The Decaf Project' organized by James Hoffmann ( @jameshoffmann ). I compared the exact same coffee beans decaffeinated using 3 different processes (vs the same bean not decaffeinated). In this video I taste and discuss these coffees:
• Ethyl Acetate decaffeination
• CO2 Subcritical decaffeination
• Swiss Water decaffeination
• Unprocessed (Non-decaf) control
