Great Tommy Sleepout, Camp, night 1 & a Spinach Chickpea Curry cooked one a Trangia.

This is just a quick, one night camp close to home in a bid to help raise money for the royal British legion industries charity by taking part in the great tommy Sleepout.


Chickpea curry ingredients:

Ground Cumin 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Ground fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
Ground coriander 1/2 tsp
Tumeric 1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp
Nigella seeds 1/2 tsp

Tomato puree
Lazy garlic
Lazy ginger
Lazy chilli
Chopped tomatoes small tin
150g chickpeas
Spinach 140g
