Friends, today I am sharing delicious and satisfying full thali recipe for the Satam festival in India. This thali mainly includes five dishes:
Bateta Nu Khambhatiyu Shaak:
A potato curry that is flavorful and lasts longer.
Thepla:
A flatbread made from methi leaves, wheat, and bajra flour.
Malpua:
Malpua holds cultural significance and is a beloved treat during festivals, as well as special occasions. Its rich, indulgent flavors and textures make it a delightful and cherished dessert.
Khati Kanki:
Sour rice made from Kanki rice.
Sweet Curd Banana Raita:
A refreshing and creamy raita made with yogurt, bananas, and spices.
This thali is perfect for people who are observing the Satam festival. I recommend to make this Thali during upcoming Satam Festival.

INGREDIENTS:
KHAMBHATIYU SHAAK
12 to 15 nos. small sized potatoes
१२ से १५छोटे आलू
2 tsp Salt (नमक)
¼ tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
Half a Lemon (आधा निम्बू)
5 tsp Oil (तेल)
½ tsp Ajwain (अजवाइन)
Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ते)
¼ tsp Hing (हिंग)
1 tsp White Sesame (सफ़ेद तिल)
3 tsp Coriander Cumin (धनिया जीरा)
½ tsp Red Chilli (लाल मिर्च)
¼ tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
¼ tsp Salt (नमक)
⅛ tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
1 tsp Sugar (चीनी)
½ tsp Amchur Powder (आमचूर पावडर)
2 tsp grated Coconut (ग्रेटेड कोकोनट)
Chopped Corainder Leaves (हरा धनिया)
KHATI KANKI
3 tsp Oil (तेल)
½ tsp Cumin (जीरा)
Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ते)
1 cup Rice Kanki (चावल कनकी)
½ tsp Salt (नमक)
1 cup sour Buttermilk (खट्टी छाछ)
A cup of Water (पानी)
Chopped Corainder Leaves (हरा धनिया)
MALPUVA
½ cup Gud (गुड)
1 cup Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा)
1.5 cup Water (पानी)
2 tsp Saunf Powder (सौंफ पावडर)
1 tsp Black Pepper काली मिर्च)
Grated Coconut (नारियल)
Pista (पिस्ता)
RAITA
1 cup Curd (दहीं)
2 tsp Sugar (चीनी)
½ tsp Cumin (जीरा)
Banana (केला)
Anar Seeds (अनार के दाने)
