31 Kumi Jo: powerful and dynamic + easy and cool training method

The 31 Jo Kata is one of the basic Jo Katas in Aikido. Morihiro Saito Sensei learned the Jo during his 25 year service and tutelage under Morihei Ueshiba (Osensei). These 31 Jo No Kata can be practiced with a partner. When practiced with a partner the 31 Jo moves are known as ’31 Kumi Jo’.
