Parking a vehicle like I do in this video is a good way to give you and your plague heart some privacy, though for this one it does require one that is long enough to block the location off, this ranger suv does the job, though a pickup truck would be better, except for the mobility, this suv moves better in tight spaces. But even though that space is blocked, as zombies, just like myself, can't climb over a single simple little cot, they can and have climbed up on the containers as I do. So keep that in mind.
But for now, I headed over to the nearby house, cleared it of the armored undead and then attacked that heart. Several times in and out, a couple of ferals, heart destroyed, zombies chasing me, okay, now let's deal with this medical tent heart. While pounding on the heart, the zombies were thinking of going around and climbing up on the container, but I went closer to my vehicle and they came back, and no ferals showed up to this one, so all good. Heart easily destroyed. But now gotta run away to clear the zombies. Not shown, I ran all the way back to my dirty bird outpost to unload what I had and came back, the zombies were mostly gone and I set up a new outpost at the medical tent.
