Robert A. Mitchell interview with documentarian Bernardo Ruiz director of Reportero and Kingdom of Shadows. Reportero is the story of a veteran reporter (Sergio Haro) and his colleagues at an embattled weekly challenge the drug cartels and corrupt local officials during an unprecedented wave of violence against journalists in Mexico.

The interview was conducted during the In Light Human Rights Film Festival at Indiana University in Bloomington Indiana. March 7th, 2015.
