Hello people of culture. With the Chainsaw Man sequel movie airing, this cannot be a better opportunity for me to arrange a new cover for one of its theme songs. It is even more wonderful that the song features my idol Kenshi Yonezu, which marks the song as “unskippable”. Compared to the other Chainsaw Man theme song that was also made by Kenshi Yonezu (IRIS OUT), JANE DOE contains a much calmer melody. The whole song feels as if it houses an endless lingering feeling, blended with slight sorrow. Were it not for the silence at the end of the song, you wouldn’t even notice the song ending once you put it on loop (totally not because I am playing it over and over again).
